Application process
- Please complete Tenant Info.xls and e-mail it to application@yBethesdaApartments.com.
- Complete and sign the Lease Application & Contract.doc (N Line | S Line),
- Review and sign Addendum.doc (N Line | S Line),
- Submit the signed Lease Application & Contract and the signed Addendum to the Promenade Administrative Office, 5225 Pooks Hill Road, Bethesda MD 20814, (301.493.4700) attention Mrs. Linda Sherburn. The application must be submitted with a $150 application fee and a $65 inspection fee. These fees may be paid in the form of Cash, Money Order or Certified Check.
- Complete the ClearNow Tenant Enrollment Form.pdf (N Line | S Line). Request a letter from your bank that is typed on the bank's letterhead and confirms (a) your name, (b) bank routing number, (c) bank account number, and (d) type of account (checking or savings). Feel free to call ClearNow at (866) 882-5327 for clarification.
- Fax the ClearNow enrollment form/letter to ClearNow at (919) 680-4700, scan and e-mail them to Support@ClearNow.com, or mail them to ClearNow Inc., PO Box 266, Durham, NC 27702.
Please Note: We will NOT activate direct rent collection until we receive the application approval from the administrative office. We will inform you 2 days prior to doing so via e-mail.
- Mail a check for the security deposit and a check for the 1st month�s rent to yBethesdaApartments (please contact us for address).
Please Note: We will deposit these checks ONLY if/when your application has been approved. We will inform you 2 days prior to doing so via e-mail.
- Three days after the check deposit, we will provide you the keys and e-mail you the signed lease agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to get a lease term shorter than 1 year?
No. The minimum term of 1-year is mandated by the Board of Directors of The Promenade (a 1yr lease is required).
